Yesterday was your best day this month. The renaissance-portrait carousel did most of the work, so I gave it more of the budget.

The second job

Marketing is the job nobody was hired to do.

There's no one with the hours.

Ads need testing every week and posts need making every day. In a small business that falls to whoever is left at night.

Tools stop at a draft.

Most AI tools hand you a caption or an image, and the deciding, posting, watching and adjusting is still yours.

Agencies start at a retainer.

A good agency is worth it, once you're big enough to pay one every month. Before that, you're on your own.

How it works

While you sleep, the shift starts.

Dayshift works through the night on a plan you agreed, and keeps every step on the record so you can see why it did what it did.

  1. You close the laptop.

Dayshift picks up where you left off: yesterday's numbers, your brand's rules, and the plan you agreed.

  2. Plan

It reads what sold, what didn't, and what your competitors started running, then decides what tomorrow needs.

  3. Research

New angles from your reviews, comments and the questions people search, each one kept with where it came from.

  4. Make

Ads and posts in your voice: images, short video and copy, made in the formats that work on each platform.

  5. Check

Every piece against your brand rules, your budget caps and the platforms' policies. What fails goes back, not out.

  6. Report

One page: what worked, what it changed overnight and why, and what's waiting for your yes.

  7. You approve.

About two minutes over coffee. Then it runs the day.

What it makes

Every piece comes with its reason.

Ads and posts made for one brand, from what that brand's customers actually say. Here are three kinds of business it was built for.

You stay in charge

Nothing posts or spends without your yes.

You decide how much Dayshift may do on its own, one kind of decision at a time, and you can take it back whenever you like.

  • Approvals

Every new ad, budget change and post waits for you, until you tell Dayshift it can go ahead on its own.

  • Budget caps

Each brand has a weekly limit. Dayshift plans inside it and can't go over it, whatever the numbers say.

  • Earned trust

Let it post on its own one decision at a time, as it proves itself on your brand. Start with nothing automatic.

  • On the record

Every action is written down with the reason for it, so "why did it do that?" always has an answer.

Who it's for

Small brands that sell something.

Online stores

Products people buy, and ads that have to earn more than they cost. Dayshift judges every ad by your margin, not by its likes.

Small apps

Sign-ups that turn into users who stay. It learns which messages bring the people who stick around.

Local businesses

A steady presence where your customers already scroll, without hiring someone to keep it up.

Questions

Before you sign up.

Anything else, write to hello@getdayshift.com. A person answers.

What is early access?

We're opening Dayshift to a small group of brands at a time, so each one gets our attention while it settles in. It's free during early access. You pay only for your own ad spend, straight to the platforms.

Will it spend money without asking?

No. New ads and budget changes wait for your approval unless you've told it otherwise, and each brand's weekly cap is a hard ceiling it plans inside.

Which platforms does it work with?

Meta ads (Facebook and Instagram) and organic posting on your own accounts today. TikTok and Google Ads are next.

What does it need from me?

Your website or a few links to start, access to your ad account when you're ready to run ads, and a couple of minutes each morning to read the report and say yes or no.

Does it sound like me, or like AI?

It starts by learning your brand: who you sell to, how you talk, what you'd never say. You correct that first draft, and every piece is checked against it before you see it.

Who's behind Dayshift?

Kinkade Labs, a small company in California that builds and runs its own online brands. Dayshift is the marketing team we built for them, and now we're opening it up.
